Feather earring: Romeo was quite the hunter when he was a prince. He caught many birds with his bow and arrows. Once while he was on a hunting trip, he shot down a white a blue bird. He believed that it was the most beautiful bird he'd ever seen and thought it was a sin that he had killed the bird. So he plucked a feather from the bird's wing and had it made into an earring so that he could carry around a piece of the bird at all times. He is never seen without this earring.

Diamond/gold collar: This was given to Romeo by his mother when he was named heir to his father's throne. She felt that he needed something around his neck to enhance his looks. He was an even more charming cat with the collar around his neck. It is made out of pure gold with a pretty diamond in the middle of it, ever since he got it he has worn it every day. He is never seen without this collar, even when he is on hunting trips.

Gold bracelet: This was the first thing Romeo's father ever gave him. It is a simple gold bracelet that was given to him when he was a very young prince. All his siblings got the same bracelet to simbolize that they were the first children born to the king. A litter was born soon after Romeo and his littermates turned 8 months old and they were given silver, because they were the second litter born. He wears this all the time.

Cunning: Romeo is a sharp thinker. He thinks everything through and never acts rashly about anything. He tries to think about what will happen in the future and stop bad things from coming to his kingdom in advance. He will cleverly trick anyone who tries to go against him and dispose of them in a way that won't draw much attention to it, so not to worry the public. He his very smart and uses this to his advantage. As a hunter, he uses it in his hunting to perdict where the prey may be and where it may try to escape to or also how to try to draw it out. He is a planner and is always making plans for things, making him very close to his adviser.

Flirtatious: Romeo sure lives up to his name, he is quite the ladies man. He doesn't go around hitting on every girl he sees, though. If he finds a she-cat that he likes whether she is a friend or someone he met on the street, he will treat them like a gentleman should treat a lady. He knows all the romantic tricks in the book and loves to pick roses right from his rose garden to give to the she-cat he's interested in. He also likes to try and cook for her, even though he was born royalty it doesn't mean he never learned how to cook. He always impresses cats with his cooking, for a king. He knows all the sweet little pick up lines and has the sweet nature to back them up.

Sweet: Romeo is a very nice guy. He always acts in the best intrest of his friends and of his kingdom. But other than that, he is a very social cat who loves to mingle with his friends and he even wears a cloak when he's out in the kingdom so that he can make friends who don't know he's the king. He is very sweet to she-cats and treats them like ladies, not just because that's the way he was brought up but because he truely takes pleasure in seeing their smiling faces. He is very sad is he were to learn of someone who didn't like him and didn't approve of all the things he does for his kingdom. He is very generous too, and very open minded to anything. He is a very nice cat with his sweet tongue too, always acting polite to others no matter who they are.

Enthusiastic: Romeo is almost never bored because he has a very perky personality. He is always looking to the bright side of things and always sees the glass half full. He is very pleased with everything in his life and wouldn't change a thing even if he could. He is a naturally happy cat who loves to laugh at everything and practicly bounces off the wall with a very kit-like attitude. He loves festivals and will always be the cat dancing around with joy if he ever won a game at one, which he usually does with his skill with his favorite game at throwing a ball at bottles. He loves to make other cats smile and will always try to entertain them so that they smile and laugh for him, because he loves it when other cats are as happy as he is.

Lonely: As sweet and friendly as Romeo is, he can sometimes be very lonely as king. Whenever he is alone somewhere, he gets a little depressed by it and acts kind of unhappy until he gets something fun to do with a friend of his. The only way to cure this without having someone try to cheer him up is for him to go hunting in the Shadow Forest, hsi favorite hunting spot. He uses a bow and arrow that he borrows from the archers in the army and likes to shoot down birds and secretly sell them in the black market, using his cloak to hide his identity of course. But he does fall under the category of having a very lonely life with such a high position in the kingdom.

Kit: Romeo was born to the king and queen of the Kurokai Kingdom. He was the eldest of a litter of four toms and was constantly competing with his brothers. Even though he was the oldest, he wasn't the strongest. His younger brother Cao was the strongest and always showed off how much weight he could lift even as a kit. So Romeo felt he had to become even better at something as the eldest, so he learned how to hunt with a bow and arrow. He didn't leave the kingdom, of course, so he just hunted birds in the garden. As destructive as it was, his father was still proud of his son becoming such a good archer and they became very close with each other. His father even snuck him out on hunting trips into the forest when he got bigger, against his mother's knowledge of course. Romeo was popular with the cats of the kingdom because of his sweet personality and because of how much time he spent in the kingdom. His favorite spot was to be in one of the bakeries because he loved the pastries they sold and because he simply adored the smell and the atmosphere of being in there. He spent more time that his brothers in the kingdom because they were stuck up and believed that all they ever needed was right there in the castle and castle grounds. When he turned six months old, he and his brothers were all given a gold bracelet to symbolize that they were the first born litter of the king and queen.

Prince: After the four kits recieved their official titles, they were crowned princes at the age of 6 months old. Romeo was the first to be crowned, seeing as though he was the first born in the litter. Becoming a prince didn't change Romeo's love for being around the kingdom and hunting. He spent more time hunting with his father in the forest now that he was allowed to leave the kingdom, he caught many birds and would always give them to the castle chief to cook up as a snack for his mother, who was now expecting a new litter of kittens. While Romeo was excited to greet his new siblings, his three brothers were angry that the new kittens might pose a threat to their father's choice of heir. Romeo always reminded them that the heir could be anyone, it didn't have to be one of them. But they never listened to their older brother anyway, so they just ignored him. Once, Romeo was out hunting and he caught a beautiful blue and white bird. So he pluched one of it's feathers and had it made into an earring in the kingdom, so he could war the pretty feather wherever he went. He hunted and hung out in the kingdom everyday, and even hosted a few festivals since he was the favorite prince of the common folk. When the kits were born, it was two she-cats that looked just like their mother, all white little girls with blue eyes and fluffy bodies. Romeo adored his little sisters and even tried to teach them how to hunt, but their mother didn't approve of girls learning to hunt so she told Romeo to stop trying to teach them. Soon, his father grew old and it was nearing the time when he needed to choose an heir. The thought about it for many days and many nights, during which there was a fire in one of the houses in the kingdom. Romeo came immediantly to help rescue everyone from the flames and then helped to put the fire out with higher leveled water magic users. The choice was clear to the king now, Romeo would become the new heir.

Heir: When Romeo was crowned heir, everyone in the kingdom approved greatly of the choice and many couldn't wait for the day that Romeo became king. Romeo was given a grand gold collar with a diamond in the center by his mother, to show how proud of him she was. However, now that he was the famous heir to the kingdom, Romeo was given a lot of work to do that consumed a lot of his time and energy. There was less time for hunting and less time for visiting the kingdom, but most of the time he made openings for doing the things he loved. He started to borrow a black cloak from one of his brothers so that he wasn't hounded by questions and formality when he went to the kingdom. He hid his identity and refused to tell others his name or where he was from, he gave away nothing about who he really was. He made commoner friends and started selling the birds he caught at the black market for dirt cheap, which is another way how he even made friends with the poor. He made friends with a slave once, she was a lovely black and gray she-cat with green eyes. Her name as Kaylee and Romeo fell head over heels in love with her. They spent all day together and he snuck her out into the kingdom territory every now and then when he could, but it was a one sided love as she didn't even know his name or what he looked like. On the night Romeo decided to tell her everything, he got word that her master had beaten her to death after finding out about how she was sneaking out of the kingdom with him when she should have been working. Romeo was horribly sad and grew into having a lonely complex because of it, he spent more time sulking rather than doing the things he loved. Soon, his father died suddenly of old age in his sleep and Romeo was named king that morning.

King: Romeo hasn't been king long, but he is admired by all in the kingdom due to his kind nature and his devotion to his kingdom. He rules firmly, but with gentleness at the same time. He is a very good king and makes still goes to the kingdom as the cat in a black cloak, taking the concerns of the commoners and helping them as Romeo the king. It's as if he's a representative and a king at the same time. He continues to make his kingdom the happiest in the world, even though the curse hangs over the tallest tower within the stone kingdom walls.

Zakiya moved silently over the ground, his long tail flowing silently behind him as he stalked his prey. He flashed a glance to his friend and nodded. The two of them suddenly started to run towards their prey, a young gazelle. He jumped onto the back of the gazelle and sunk his teeth into it's neck while it struggled to fling him off. Zakiya fell to the ground with a thud and the gazelle started to dart away, splattering blood as he ran off. He got up and let out a low growl as he shook the dust from his pelt, his friend ran up to him and nudged him sharply in the shoulder, "Idiot! What were you doing!? So much for your name meaning intelligence!" He said with slight amusement in his eyes. Zakiya grinned and flicked his tail at a couple of Sunning Rock females staring at them from their side of the border, they looked like they ere giggling at them. His friend rolled his eyes, "Can you ever think about something other than girls? I thought we were suppost to be hunting, not girl watching." He said as he gave him another sharp poke. Zakiya pushed him away playfully, "Please~ Every moment is a good moment for girl watching~ Watch this." He said he stood to face the two females watching them, he smiled and tilted his head so that they could see his flirtatious smile better. The two females turned to each other and laughed loudly as they jumped off the rock they were laying on and walked away from the border. His friend was rolling on the ground laughing, "Exactly what was I suppost to be watching there!?" He asked between bursts of laughter Zakiya rolled his eyes, "They were just playing hard to get." He said as he started to walk away from where his friend was laughing even harder now. His friend jumped to his paws and raced to be side by side with him, "Now now, don't get so upset. I don't need you going and explaining your problems to meerkats again." He teased with a laugh. Zakiya lashed his tail in frustration, "That was only one time! They ran away when I tried to talk to them anyway." He added in a quiet voice. His friend started to laugh at him again and Zakiya shoved his face into his and growled, "Oh yeah!? Well, I dare you to climb the crooked tree and we'll see who's laughing then!" He challenged. For a moment his friend's eyes flashed with fear but then it was replaced by a fearless gleam, "Your on." He challenged back. They walked to the crooked tree and Zakiya smirked, "You can always give in if your chicken~" He purred in amusement. His friend flashed him a look over his shoulder, "Never!" He growled and jumped onto the tree. He climbed onto the first branch and sat there, his eyes gleaming, "See? Who's the chicken now?" He teased. Zakiya shrugged, "Alright alright, you've had your fun. Now get back here before you hurt yours-" He was cut off by the sound of splintering wood. "No!" Zakiya yowled and launched himself onto the tree, grabbing his friend by his scruff and dragging him back onto solid ground before the branch he was sitting on cracked and fell. His friend jumped on him and hugged him, "You saved me! That's twice you've saved me now! Your my hero Zakiya!" He said as he licked his cheek. Zakiya made a face, "Ewww, gross. Get off me lover boy." He said as he lashed the tip of his tail in irritation.
